These terms apply to DroneShot’s website and services. By using them, you agree. The product generates video from images using third-party AI; features may change. Keep your account credentials safe; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Paid features are billed as shown at checkout. All charges are final—no refunds except where required by law. Credits may expire or have limits we show in the product.

Don’t use the service illegally, to harm others, to upload content you don’t have rights to, or to abuse, scrape, or overload the system. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you upload; you give us permission to process it to run the service. AI outputs may be imperfect—you use them at your own risk. The DroneShot name, product, and branding stay ours.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim (or $100 if greater), except where the law says otherwise. Third-party services (auth, hosting, payments, AI) have their own terms.

We may change these terms; continued use means you accept updates. Termination: you can stop anytime; we may end access for violations. Governing law: Delaware, USA, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact us through the app or site.
